Count of Monte Cristo Movie Props

This is a story of love and revenge; the props represent the beginning of a friendship, ending in betrayal and a well-deserved vengeance. I’ve taken this classic tail and designed it as if it took place in modern day. The merchant map has engraved shipping routes and is cut to reveal translucent Plexiglas behind it. The playing cards are hand illustrated and play on the nautical theme. Currency was also created, it uses bold and modern patterns resembling iconic French structures.
